1. What we collect

Members: account info (e.g., email/phone), basic profile, your membership status, and redemption activity at participating venues — what's needed to run your membership and perks. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Venue owners: your business contact details, venue information (name, address, logo), and your Stripe payout account status. Payouts run through Stripe Connect; we don't hold your bank details.

2. Age & eligibility

By creating a membership you confirm that, where a venue serves alcohol, you are aged 18 or over. Venue staff may still ask for ID in venue as normal — your membership is not proof of age.

3. How we use it

To run memberships and perks, and verify eligibility in venue.
To process membership payments and venue payouts (via Stripe).
To improve the product and support your account.
To send essential service updates (no spam).
Venue messages (SMS/email offers) are sent only if you've opted in — and you can opt out at any time.

4. Retention & deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for the service or legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data.

5. Your choices

Access your rewards via your account.
Update profile and communication preferences.
Request data export or deletion.
